My journey into bento lunch boxes
In: General
3 Nov 2008Here’s a bento prepared when I was strapped for ideas one morning.

I boiled up dried instant noodles and mixed it with black sauce, light soy sauce, dash of pepper and dash of sesame oil. Then I fried an egg sunny side up and added cocktail sausages cut into “flowers” with a dab of tomato sauce in the middle of the “flower”.
With the fresh greens lining the side of the bento box, I call this my “Bento in a Garden”!

Ooo yummy comfort food. Maybe adding some french beans or sugar snap peas will add more juicy crunchiness. =D
