My journey into bento lunch boxes

This bento lunch had some planning go into it. I prepared some braised soy sauce chicken over the weekend and froze it.
Then, in the morning, I heated it up, cooked some white rice and shaped them into onigiri or rice balls for some visual variety. I particularly enjoyed my lunch that day!
