Heart shaped egg with stirfried Meehoon

I previously showcased my star shaped egg shaper that takes a normal hardboiled egg and turns it into a star. I also had a heart shaped one but this is the first time I’m using it, and somehow, it never turns out as prettily as my star egg.

I reckon I should try with a larger egg. Anyway, I made a quick stirfry of meehoon or rice vermicelli in the morning and added a hardboiled egg and cheese sausages which were the only protein on hand. I did warn that my bento were never going to get into the cute department! :)

However this site is turning into a nice resource for those days when I don’t quite know what to prepare and I can come back here and get some ideas.
