Pork Strips on rice bento

This was a simple lunch box of hot white rice with stir fried pork strips and shitake mushrooms on a bed of coral lettuce and garnished with some cherry tomatoes. Because the rice looked rather bare, I scattered some sliced seaweed on top of it which had wilted by the time lunch time came around. It looked pretty nonetheless :)

I also recently got some divided lunch boxes from Rubbermaid Takealongs and am absolutely thrilled with them! Might this be the key to some better looking bento lunch boxes to come? :)
