My journey into bento lunch boxes

I had some leftover Ayam Masak Merah (Spicy chicken) which I cooked previously. So, I heated it up in the morning and packed it with some instant noodles for my lunch. I added some water to the chicken sauce so it was not so dry and so I had something to add to my noodles. It worked a treat!
The vegetables are what are known as ginseng leaves which were simply blanched in hot water and mixed with soy sauce and sesame oil and served with some wolfberries. It was a simple delicious lunch!
