My journey into bento lunch boxes

I ran out of fresh vegetables, not having had the time to get any over the week. So, I prepared a lunch box of grilled chicken drumstick shredded off the bone, and rice. For fibre, I included a sliced kiwi fruit and some prunes. I know fruits lose their vitamins if sliced but I had no choice. Still, I’d get some fibre out of it!
I love my new Lock n Lock divided container. The portion is just right for me and because of the nicely divided containers, I can put sweet and savoury in one box without them getting mixed up!
