Herbal Chicken bento

I call this my East meets West bento lunch because the steamed herbal chicken and blanched greens is very eastern whilst the tomato based pasta shells are very western! The steamed herbal chicken was made the night before and merely heated up in the morning, and the green vegetables blanched in hot water with a dash of soy sauce. The pasta shells were actually a leftover item. It didn’t taste too strange together… :)

It looks spectacular! The steamed herbal chicken dish is fast becoming a favorite of mine too!
