Much as I’d like to use some of the cute Japanese style stacked bento lunch boxes, I shy away from them for a few reasons:-

They are too small – I have a healthy appetite
They don’t lock in place – I’m paranoid about spills

My answer is Yes you can.
However, I don’t personally recommend it after trying it out for myself. This bento box was made with mee hoon (rice vermicelli) boiled in a quick chicken stock in the morning with a poached egg and some fishballs. I separated the soup from the noodles and only poured the soup [...]
