Sorry for the silence!
Here’s a simple bento lunch I packed one morning. It had shredded leftover chicken breaston a bed of letttuce leaves. The pasta was leftover tuna pasta salad which I tossed into a pan and stirfried with an egg to heat and for bulk. Cherry tomatoes and a couple of cocktail sausages completed [...]

The wonders one does with leftovers! This bento lunch came from some leftover tuna pasta salad. There wasn’t much so I substantiated it with some fried chicken pieces that came from a frozen pack. I try not to use processed food where possible, but sometimes you can’t avoid the convenience.
